PROTOCOLO DE REAPERTURA AL PÚBLICO DE LA COMUNIDAD GENERAL DE REGANTES RIEGOS DE LEVANTE
Con motivo del inicio de la FASE I de la desescalada el 18 de mayo, la Comunidad General de Regantes Riegos de Levante, procederá a la reapertura de sus oficinas atendiendo a los comuneros de forma presencial con las siguientes indicaciones:
1.- La atención presencial se realizará exclusivamente con cita previa y para gestiones administrativas que no puedan ser resueltas por vía telemática quedando limitado el resto de consultas a los teléfonos de la Comunidad o a enviar la consulta por correo electrónico.
2.- La atención será individualizada por cada comunero que acuda a las oficinas, debiendo transcurrir 15 minutos entre la finalización de una visita y el inicio de la siguiente. Hasta que el comunero que esté siendo atendido no abandone las oficinas, y transcurra el plazo indicado, no podrá entrar el siguiente, debiendo aguardar en el exterior de las oficinas hasta que sea llamado. No se permite la asistencia de acompañantes, debiendo acudir sólo el titular o autorizado convenientemente, en su caso.
3.- A la entrada de la oficina habrá un dispensador de gel hidroalcohólico que el comunero deberá utilizar para la limpieza de manos antes de ser atendido por los empleados de la Comunidad.
4.- El comunero ocupará la silla que está habilitada frente al puesto del trabajador, manteniendo en todo momento la distancia social exigida. Para entregar o recibir documentación, debe seguir las indicaciones del empleado, evitando en todo momento el contacto directo
5.- Como horario preferente para los colectivos más vulnerables y con el fin de no coincidir con el resto, reservamos el horario de 13h a 15h, para su atención (mayores de 60 años, diabéticos, hipertensos, patologías cardíacas y cardiovasculares o renales y embarazadas)
6.- No será atendido cualquier comunero que incumpla las instrucciones de seguridad que se le indican.

PROTOCOL DE REOBERTURA AL PÚBLIC DE LA COMUNITAT GENERAL DE REGANTS REGS DE LLEVANT
Amb motiu de l’inici de la FASE I de la desescalada el 18 de maig, la Comunitat General de Regants Regs de Llevant, procedirà a la reobertura de les seues oficines atenent els comuners de forma presencial amb les indicacions següents:
1.- L ‘atenció presencial es realitzarà exclusivament amb cita prèvia i per a gestions administratives que no puguen ser resoltes per via telemàtica quedant limitat la resta de consultes als telèfons de la Comunitat o a enviar la consulta per correu electrònic.
2.- L’atenció serà individualitzada per cada comuner que acudisca a les oficines, havent de transcórrer 15 minuts entre la finalització d’una visita i l’inici de la següent. Fins que el comuner que estiga sent atés no abandone les oficines, i transcórrega el termini indicat, no podrà entrar el següent, havent d’esperar en l’exterior de les oficines fins que siga cridat. No es permet l’assistència d’acompanyants, havent d’acudir només el titular o autoritzat convenientment, si és el cas.
3.- A l’entrada de l’oficina hi haurà un dispensador de gel hidroalcohólico que el comuner haurà d’utilitzar per a la neteja de mans abans de ser atés pels empleats de la Comunitat.
4.-El comuner ocuparà la cadira que està habilitada enfront del lloc del treballador, mantenint en tot moment la distància social exigida. Per a entregar o rebre documentació, ha de seguir les indicacions de l’empleat, evitant en tot moment el contacte directe
5.-Com horari preferent per als col·lectius més vulnerables i a fi de no coincidir amb la resta, reservem l’horari de 13h a 15h, per a la seua atenció (majors de 60 anys, diabètics, hipertensos, patologies cardíaques i cardiovasculars o renals i embarassades)
6.-No serà atés qualsevol comuner que incomplisca les instruccions de seguretat que se li indiquen.
